Open House
The Patriot Campus is hosting a open house for all interested families.
This is for all grades, 6th-12th.
Come learn about the new middle school.
"Wednesday, the 29th is our first open house from 6 to 7 here at Patriot. And then Friday, January 31st, 8 a.m. is when the applications open," said Principal Ryan Bailey. "We expect to have a lot of interest. Our staff will start to do our intake meetings with each family, in early February to start to make decisions about students coming to us."

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year (including Middle School) will open on January 31 and will be on this page.
Patriot High School is a choice enrollment school. Students are chosen through the combined input of students, parents, counselors, and administration at Patriot High School. They are admitted on a needs and numbers basis, with the final decision coming from Patriot High School. Please fill out the PHS Enrollment Application.
Patriot High School's programs are designed to help students be successful in social settings and gain the workforce-readiness skills that will lead to success in all aspects of adulthood. Credit recovery options are available to help students stay on a pathway towards a high school diploma. Our educators concentrate on addressing social-emotional needs, building strong & healthy relationships, and addressing discipline through a restorative approach to help students be successful in our unique "second-chance" setting.
After receiving an initial application, you will be contacted about setting up a private conference to learn more about PHS with administrators and counselors. Students who are accepted will then receive an acceptance letter from PHS with additional instructions and a targeted start date.
